Shipping Period

- Will usually ship within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Delivery time may vary depending on the area and circumstance (unexpected weather, temporary out of stock, unmatched ID number payment, incorrect postal code, etc.).

- Weekend and public holidays will be exempt from shipping period.

- Free home delivery for orders SGD 150.00 and above.

Return / Exchange

- If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, all products are returnable within 60 days if the product is in the same condition as when purchased, including the product packaging, or if you discover any product defects. Product cannot be returned/exchanged if:

- Members cannot return products if:

1. The product exceeds 3 months from the date of purchase.

2. The product is damaged due to the sales representative's responsibility.

3. The value of the product has been reduced due to partial use.

4. The wrapping of products that can be duplicated has been damaged.

Application Period for Refund/Exchange

- The company will exchange or refund if you notify the company within sixty (60) days of the date of purchase.

- You must return the product to Atomy Distribution Pte. Ltd. during office hours together with the original sales receipt.

- All return shipping costs (if any) must be paid by you.

- Products sent to the company without prior company approval will not qualify for a refund or exchange and will be returned to you at your expense.
