Gift Eligibility Criteria:
The Lifestyle Centre which you are attached to has a collective
minimum submission count of 50 entries, you will receive a Gift consisting of Atomy Products!
Submission for Option 1 and Option 2 will receive different prices.
*Only members who sent either Option1 or Option2 submission will be qualify
How to participate:
Step 1: Draft out your Life Scenario in as much details as possible
Step 2: There are two options for submissions
Option 1: Take a photo of yourself with your Life Scenario Page
(Indicating the date) and a clear photo of your Life Scenario Page.
Option 2: Take a video* (minimum 1min 15secs) introduce yourself and share
about your Life Scenario page (Indicating the date).
Explain the 3 goals that you want to achieve the most in the video.
Take a clear photo of your Life Scenario Page.
Step 3: Rename the Life Scenario page photo or video* as “MemberID_FullName_Mastership”
Step 4: Upload your Life Scenario page photo or video* in this google form
*Video size maximum 1 GB
Plain background. Half body shot. Position in the centre.
Clear voice recorded. No background noise allowed.
Bright light and normal skin tone under light.
Recorded video to be at minimum 1min 15secs (Share the 3 goals that you want to achieve the most)
Criteria to pass Life Scenario Page Writing:
- Set 8 keywords for your life goals
- Write specific goals
- Join the dots to create the wheel
